Welcome to Rexoprint.in. We specialize in customized and made-to-order printing products. Since most items are printed specifically for each customer, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order on Rexoprint.in, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of Customized Products
Most products sold on Rexoprint.in are personalized, custom printed, or manufactured based on customer-selected designs, text, size, quantity, or specifications. Because of this, such products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in eligible cases mentioned below.
2. Eligible Cases for Refund, Replacement, or Reprint
You may request a refund, replacement, or reprint if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The printed item has major manufacturing defects
- The quantity delivered is significantly less than ordered
- The product is materially different from the approved order specifications
Proof such as clear photos/videos of the package and product may be required.
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Spelling, grammar, content, or design mistakes submitted by customer
- Color variation within normal printing tolerance
- Minor alignment differences or finishing variations
- Delay caused by courier, weather, strikes, or force majeure
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Custom products already printed or dispatched
4. Color & Print Variation Notice
Printed colors may vary from screen previews due to monitor settings, material type, ink process, lighting, and production methods. Minor variation is normal and not considered a defect.
5. Design Approval Responsibility
If a proof/mockup is shared for approval, the customer is responsible for checking:
- Spelling
- Phone numbers / addresses
- Images
- Size / layout
- Quantity / specifications
Once approved and moved to production, changes may not be possible.
6. Return Request Time Limit
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please contact us with:
- Order ID
- Name
- Issue description
- Clear photos/videos
Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
7. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on bank/payment gateway
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the error was on our side
8. Replacement / Reprint Policy
In some approved cases, Rexoprint.in may choose to:
- Reprint the order
- Replace the product
- Offer store credit
- Provide partial/full refund
The resolution method will depend on the issue verified by our team.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before production starts.
Once printing, customization, or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible.
If cancellation is approved before production, payment gateway charges or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
10. Shipping Damage
If the package appears damaged at delivery:
- Take photos before opening
- Record unboxing video if possible
- Notify us immediately
This helps speed up claims.
