6. Customized Printing Orders

Most products are custom-made based on files, text, artwork, size, quantity, and specifications provided by the customer.

You are solely responsible for:

• Final file uploads
• Accuracy of delivery details

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

7. Intellectual Property & Uploaded Content

By uploading any file, logo, image, or design, you confirm that:

Rexoprint.in shall not be liable for copyright, trademark, or legal disputes arising from customer-submitted content.

We reserve the right to reject offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or prohibited material.

8. Proofing & Approval

If digital proof/mockup is shared, the customer must carefully verify:

• Contact details
• Layout
• Design elements
• Specifications

Approval means authorization to print. Errors approved by the customer are not our responsibility.

9. Color Variation Disclaimer

Printed output may vary from screen previews due to monitor settings, paper/material type, print process, and lighting conditions. Minor color variation is normal and not considered a defect.

10. Production & Delivery Timelines

Estimated production and shipping times are approximate.

Delays may occur due to:

• High order volume
• Technical issues
• Courier delays
• Natural events
• Public holidays
• Incomplete customer information

We are not liable for consequential losses due to delay.

11. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. Additional charges may apply for reshipment caused by incorrect details.

12. Cancellation, Refund & Return

Cancellation, refund, replacement, and return requests are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy.

Customized products are generally non-returnable except approved cases.
